Simikot to Kailash and Guge

Our Trip begain a scenic flight to Nepaljung and spend one night before taking spectacular flight onwards to Simikot, Nepal's remote Humla District. From here our trek follows the ancient salt trading . Route towards the Nara Langa pass and to the border trade post at Taklakot. We drive overland north past Gurla Mandata mountain to the shores of Lake Manasarovar. From here we drive towards to Guge Kingdom and visit this ancient place of Tibet.

After the excursion of Guge Kingdom, we drive to Darchen and make 3 days kora of Mt. Kailash. This holy mountain is revered by Hindus, Buddhist, Jains and Bonpos as the center of the universe. After completing this trek we will drive eastwards by jeeps along the mighty Yarlung Zangpo river and through the vastness of the Tibet Plateau. Enjoy fantastic mountain views of the Himalayas as we journey south towards the border town of Zangmu to re-enter Nepal at the Friendship Bridge. This exclusive journey is made for travelers in search of a cultural and spiritual odyssey amidst the splendor of the Himalayan mountain range.

Day 13 Explore Tirthapuri and Guru Camp

Day 18 Drive to Darboche & Trek to Dira Puk/ Camp
Day 19 Trek over Dolma La  to Zuthul Puk (4700m)/ Camp
Day 20 Trek & Drive to Hor Qu (4560m)/camp
Day 21 Drive Hor Qu to Mayumla Phedi (4500m). Camp
Day 22 Drive Mayumla Phedi to New Dongba. Camp
Day 23 Drive New Dongba to Yak Kharka (4675m). Camp
Day 24 Drive Yak Kharkha to Nyalam (3750m) /Camp
Day 25 Drive to Kathmandu (1300m)/hotel
Day 26 Day at Leisure/evening farewell dinner/hotel
Day 27 Drive to airport for return journey
