Manaslu Area Treks
Manaslu range lies between Ganesh Himal and Annapurna range. The trek in this region was offically opened to tourist on 1991 since then people have started to trek here. There are two type of trek offer in this region. One is Manaslu round and another is Manaslu/barapokhari. The entire Manaslu round require special permit and Liaison officer. From 2004 Government of Nepal has call off liaison officer so only special permit and camping is mandatory in this region. If you choose to take Manaslu/barapokhari then special permit is not necessary but this trek doesn't go too high as Manaslu round.
Manaslu region offer high crossing pass like Larke la, Superb mountain view, picturesque village, beautiful Bara Pokhari Lake, impressive display of wild flower, an abundance of wild life, many waterfall and of course friendly local people.
Manaslu Trek
Days: 24 Grade:
Manaslu trek is a fascinating course, the Manaslu, Known as "three peaks". Passing a huge precipitous valley to the contrasting world of Sama, crossing snow-covered Larkya La and descending to the Marsyangdi Khola.
Manaslu North Face Trek
Days: 17 Grade:
Manaslu North Face Trek route a pioneering feel that once drew visitors to the better known regions of Everest and Annapurna. Trek through forests of rhododendron, arrive at the Baraha Pokhari and Manaslu North view point (4200m).
Gorkha Trek
Days: 13 Grade:
Gorkha trek is completely unspoiled, Darchye (3220m): from that place we have a superb panorama of more than twenty high peaks such as Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal, Buddha Himal, Himalchuli and Manaslu.
Gurung Heritage Trail Trek
Days: 16 Grade:
Gurung Heritage Trail Trek attracts novice trekkers and walkers and nature lovers because of its lower altitude although there are some very good views of the Himalayas without actually having to ascend into them.
Ghalegaun and Ghanpokhara Trek
Days: 11 Grade:
Ghalegaun and Ghanpokhara trek offer model village for experiencing the typical culture and lifestyles of the Gurung people. Traditional customs are still followed during births, deaths, marriages and in other rituals.
